In case of any dispute, controversy, or difference of opinion the decision of the top management of the company (i.e. Darussalam.pk) will be considered final. The user can place a request to re-consider the decision but cannot make any appeal in any court.

Darussalam.pk prohibits and ethically expects from its users to not print its content for commercial usage. Since we are spending a lot of resources on compiling, writing and publishing these valuable reads for you. However, the content, especially Quran and Hadith can be used for giving reference with proper title and page number etc whenever or wherever may require, since it is Sadqa Jariyah. May Allah (SWT) accepts our sincere efforts in this regard.
