You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 15 business days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items are covered under our 100% No-Questions-Asked Return Policy.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and clearance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Edible products
- Digital gadgets once opened
- Perfumes
- Books purchased on Sale or Clearance
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 15 business days of delivery. After verification, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Please send the following details to our support team:
Order Information- Order Number
- Account username and email address
- Purchase amount
- Date and time of transaction
- Last four digits of the card
- Card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Name on the card
(For security reasons, please do not share full card numbers.)
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).
Please note:
- Bank or payment gateway service charges may apply.
- Customers are responsible for sending the returned product via courier to our location.
