15-Day Easy Returns
You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 15 business days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items are covered under our 100% No-Questions-Asked Return Policy.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and clearance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Edible products
  • Digital gadgets once opened
  • Perfumes
  • Books purchased on Sale or Clearance

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 15 business days of delivery. After verification, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Order Number
  • Account username and email address
Transaction Details
  • Purchase amount
  • Date and time of transaction
For Card Payments
  • Last four digits of the card
  • Card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Name on the card

(For security reasons, please do not share full card numbers.)

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).

  • Bank or payment gateway service charges may apply.
  • Customers are responsible for sending the returned product via courier to our location.
