Returns and Refunds

At darussalam.pk, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product for a refund or replacement within 15 business days after delivery. All products sold on our platform are covered by our 100% No-Question-Asked policy, so you can ensure peace of mind.

Note: No return or refund will be processed on edibles, digital gadgets (once opened), perfumes, and books purchased on Sale/Clearance Stock.

We also entertain refunds of defective, damaged, or incorrect/incomplete products. In this case, please contact us within 15 business days after delivery. We will promptly replace or refund the product.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original credit/debit card or PayPal account used during the time of purchase. Please be aware that service charges may apply. Additionally, the customer is responsible for arranging the delivery of the product to our location through a courier service.
